Theme Parks

Disney, Universal &
beyond — planned properly.

Theme park trips are where the details matter most. Get them right and it's magical. Get them wrong and it's exhausting. I know the difference — and I plan accordingly.

```
01
Walt Disney World
The most complex theme park destination on the planet. Four parks, two water parks, dozens of resorts, and a planning ecosystem that changes constantly. I know it well — including when the "must-dos" aren't actually worth your family's time.
02
Disneyland
Smaller, more manageable, and genuinely different from Walt Disney World in ways that matter for families. The right choice for some families and the wrong choice for others — I'll help you figure out which.
03
Universal Orlando & Hollywood
A completely different experience that's often the better fit for families with older kids. The Wizarding World, Epic Universe, and everything in between — planned for your group's ages and interests.
What I handle for theme park trips
Park strategy by age and pace. What to prioritize, what to skip, and how to structure each day so it actually works for your family.
Resort selection that makes sense. Not the most popular one — the right one for your group size, budget, and how you actually plan to use it.
Dining reservations and timing. Which restaurants are worth booking, which are overrated, and the windows you cannot miss.
Lightning Lane, Genie+ and park passes. The add-on landscape changes constantly. I'll tell you what's worth buying for your specific trip.
Rest days and pacing built in. Because a family that's exhausted by day three doesn't have a great trip — no matter how good the parks are.
VIP and private tour options. Skip-the-line access, private guides, and experiences most guests don't know exist.
Real talk
"Not every family needs Disney. But if it's the right fit for yours, it deserves to be planned well — not just booked and hoped for."
```
Family Cruises

The right cruise line
for your family.

There is no universal answer to which cruise line is best for families. The right one depends entirely on your kids' ages, your pace, your budget, and what you actually want from the experience.

```
What makes cruise planning genuinely complicated
Cruise line selection. Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, Virgin — each has a genuinely different experience and the wrong choice is a real problem at sea.
Cabin category and location. Not all cabins are equal. The right category for a family of five is different than for a couple — and location on the ship matters more than most people realize.
Itinerary and port selection. Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, Bahamas — which itinerary actually works for your family's ages and interests, and which ports are worth getting off for.
Dining and specialty restaurants. Which lines have genuinely good kids' food, which specialty restaurants are worth the upcharge, and how to navigate dietary needs at sea.
Shore excursions that hold up with kids. Not the generic tour bus options. Excursions actually appropriate for your kids' ages and genuinely worth the time off the ship.
Kids' clubs and onboard programming. What's available by age group, which lines do it best, and how to set expectations for kids who've never cruised before.
Real talk
"A cruise is one of the best family travel formats when it's the right fit — everything in one place, kids genuinely entertained, you unpack once. But the line, ship, and itinerary have to be right. That's not a small decision."
```
All-Inclusive Resorts

Not every resort that says
"family-friendly" actually is.

All-inclusive resorts marketed to families range from genuinely great to deeply disappointing. I know which ones hold up when you're actually there with kids — and which to avoid.

```
What I evaluate for every resort recommendation
Actual kids' programming. Whether the kids' club is genuinely well-run and age-appropriate — not just a room with a TV.
Pool and beach setup. Whether the family pool is separated from adults-only areas, shallow water for little ones, and whether the beach is actually swimmable.
Food quality and kids' options. Not every all-inclusive feeds kids well. I know which resorts have genuinely good food across all age groups.
Room size and layout for families. Whether the room can actually accommodate your group, and which categories are worth the upgrade.
Atlantis, Baha Mar, and beyond. The major family resort destinations in the Bahamas, Caribbean, and Mexico — what's worth the price.
Transfer and logistics planning. Getting from the airport to the resort with kids and luggage is its own project. I handle it so your trip starts smoothly.
Real talk
"The Instagram version of a resort and the experience of being there with three kids under ten are two completely different things. I tell you what to actually expect."
```
Luxury & VIP Experiences

For families who want
every detail handled.

Some families want the elevated version of everything — and that's a completely different kind of trip to plan. I know this world too, and I plan it with the same commitment to detail.

```
🏨
Four Seasons & luxury properties
Resort selection, suite categories, property-specific experiences — for families where the accommodation is part of the trip, not just a place to sleep.
🎢
VIP theme park experiences
Private guides, skip-the-line access, after-hours events, and experiences most guests don't know exist. The elevated version of Disney or Universal, done right.
🚢
Luxury & expedition cruising
Small-ship luxury lines, suite-class experiences, and expedition itineraries for families who want something well beyond the mainstream cruise experience.
✈️
Private travel add-ons
Private transfers, charter options, and the logistical details that make a high-end trip feel seamless from the moment you leave home to the moment you return.
🌍
Bespoke international itineraries
For families who want a fully customized international experience — not a packaged tour, but an itinerary built specifically around your family's interests.
🤝
Concierge-level planning
For trips where every detail matters and nothing should be left to chance. White-glove planning from start to finish, with full support before and during your trip.
A note on luxury planning
"I approach luxury travel with the same honesty I bring to every trip — which means I'll tell you when something isn't worth the premium, even at this level."
```
Multigenerational Travel

Grandparents, teenagers,
toddlers — one trip.

Getting multiple generations to agree on anything is its own challenge. Planning a trip that genuinely works for all of them is another one entirely.

```
What multigenerational trips require
Accommodations that work for everyone. Large villas, connecting rooms, resort layouts that give adults space while keeping kids close.
Activities across age ranges. What works for a 6-year-old and a 70-year-old at the same destination — without leaving anyone behind.
Group logistics coordination. Flight timing, transfers, arrival coordination for families coming from multiple cities.
Built-in flexibility. Multigenerational trips need options — times when the group splits. I plan for that intentionally rather than assuming everyone wants the same day.
Real talk
"The biggest mistake in multigenerational travel is planning one trip and expecting it to work for everyone equally. The best ones have structure and flexibility built in from the start."
```
International Family Travel

Beyond the familiar.
Done in a way that actually works.

International travel with kids is more accessible than most families think — and more complicated than most travel sites admit. I help families navigate both sides of that honestly.

```
What international family travel actually requires
Destination selection for your kids' ages. Not every international destination is equally accessible with young children. I help you find ones that are genuinely rewarding.
Pacing for real family travel. International trips with kids need more downtime. I build that in from the start rather than cramming in every possible sight.
Logistics and documentation. Passports, entry requirements, travel insurance, health considerations — the administrative layer parents need to have right before they leave.
Accommodations that work for families abroad. The hotel category that works for a couple often doesn't work for a family of four. I know what to look for internationally.
Real talk
"International travel is one of the best things you can do for your kids. It's also one of the easiest trips to plan badly. The difference is in the details."
